RETURN POLICY

1. Conditions

  • At the time of delivery: Customers are encouraged to inspect the items and may request a return or exchange in the following cases:
    • The item does not match the type, model, or specifications of the order placed or as displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
    • The order is incomplete or missing items.
    • We offer size and color exchanges. If the requested size or color is out of stock, customers may exchange for another item of equal or greater value.
    • After receiving the item, customers detect defects such as fabric scratches, missing buttons, or loose seams.
  • All returned/exchanged products must retain the original receipt (for in-store purchases) and product tags (for both online and in-store purchases).

2. Notification & Shipping Timeframe

  • Notification period:
    • Within 3 days from the date of receipt (for online orders) or invoice issuance (for in-store purchases). After this period, we regret that we will not be able to process any claims related to the above policy.
  • Return shipping period:
    • Within 7 days from the date of receipt (for online orders) or invoice issuance (for in-store purchases).
  • Return/exchange locations:
    • Customers can bring items directly to our store or request a pickup, where our team will arrange for a shipper to collect the item from your address.

3. Return & Exchange Fees

There are costs associated with returns and exchanges, depending on the situation:

  • If the return is due to a product defect (one that was not pre-notified by Highchic), we will cover 100% of the return shipping fee.
  • For size or color exchanges, a two-way shipping fee will be applied. Customers are responsible for one-way shipping, while Highchic will cover the other half.
